  6. Wow ... :( If you want great photos to showcase your work, you should hire a photographer or trade them products for their images.

  8. Permission was given to the owner of these pictures to use our children....permission was NOT given to you!!!!! Remove these NOW!!

  9. It's one thing to see something, like it and take a shot at making something similar. But to steal the original artists photos of THEIR product AND steal their trademarked name for it too. You'd best be re-doing your site really quick!

  10. Do your customers know that you did not even make the raggie bows you are showing? That they are actually pics from goosiegirl.com ?

  11. Good Points...I'd be one pissed off momma if you used my kids pic without permission. Shame Shame Shame

  13. I wonder how many mother's are finding lawyer's at this moment? You should be ashamed of yourself for stealing images, work that doesn't belong to you & then posting CHILDREN on your site that you've not been given permission for. I hope you pray very hard before you go to bed tonight.

  14. Parents sign a copyright release for photographers and boutiques to use their photos of minor children. I'm sure that they would not appreciate someone stealing these photos for uses that are not approved by them.

    ReplyDelete
  15. That is my daughters picture and I DID NOT give permission to you to use those.....permission was given to the designer and not you....that is stealing and I ask that you take "MY" daughters picture of of your website!

    ReplyDelete
  16. Utoh! You're in a world of sh*t! Are the pictures on the branches yours? Because you have a half-decent photo if they are. Why not just go with those? Why steal someone else's pictures?

    ReplyDelete
  17. That is just WRONG!!! Everyone makes hairbows, but you stole her pics, her names, everything!!1 Make your own.

    ReplyDelete
  18. You have some guts stealing copyrighted and trade marked product! I have a feeling you are not going to like the fall out for your actions. A little bit of forethought goes a long way!

    ReplyDelete
  19. As a professional photographer I would be very unhappy to see my stolen pics on someone else's site. You have no copyright to these photos unless you have it in writing. Which after viewing these comments...we do indeed know you did steal/lift these photos from the actual person who created the original product. Proof is in the pudding - remove them.

Word to Goose: email the host of this site, email the link to your posted photos on your site and your copyright statement on your page and they will have no choice not to remove your photos.

If both parties refuse call your lawyer.

  20. Why steal? If you have talent use it.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Oh WOW!! I cannot believe you would steal someone's photos. Shame on you!! And to post kids' pictures without the parents' permission!!??

    ReplyDelete
  22. Someone who STEALS Ideas, Images & Product Names is someone that I would never dream of doing business with & I suggest everyone else who visits this site do the same thing, STEER CLEAR OF THIS DISHONEST PERSON!!! Are you serious? Start your business off on a positive note, with your own ideas & set Brynna a good example.

    ReplyDelete
  23. I can see why you would rather use her photos. Her Raggie Bows are stunning.

    Yours.....eh. Not so much.

    ReplyDelete
  24. I am emailing the other mothers right now as well.....we DID NOT give you permission to use our children's photos!!!!!! This is ridiculous!

    ReplyDelete
  25. All I can add is....WOW! This is not good for business at all.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Seriously couldn't make your own items and take pictures of them. You have to steal Goosies photos. Thats just pathetic, please do the right thing and take them down NOW! These are pictures of children, these parents did not give you permission to use these pictures! That is exploitation of these children!

    ReplyDelete
  27. If you have to cut somebodys business name off of the picture, chances are it ISNT YOURS!!! This was in such poor taste, wow! I can totally see where the originators name was at on this pic, is your work that bad that you can't shoot your own pictures?? Do the right thing!

    ReplyDelete
  28. A theif is a theif. No one should buy a thing from you. Who knows what other WRONG things you would do!!!! Don't steal photos of other peoples work and pretend they are yours. Repeat, don't buy a thing from this fraud.

    ReplyDelete
  29. It is in very poor taste to use other peoples' pictures as your own especially when they include photos of children that the designer has chosen and worked with...please do the right thing and also apologize.

  30. Your direct quote: "Can make a Raggie Bow and Flip Flops to go with any outfit!!!"

How about you go and try to make those images to go with your stuff rather than STEALING someone elses images!

    ReplyDelete
  31. I do not under any circumstances condone the usage of photos that belong to someone else, but I think that all of the ladies that have commented ahead of me are out of line. Goosie should have handled this in a private way. Just like Goosie this woman is a MOM who is trying to make some extra money for her family! Have you all forgotten that times are hard for us ALL? GiggleGirl should not have used the photos and Goosie Girl and the mother's of these children have a right to be upset, but do not have a right to attack, insult and berate this MOM for what her misjudgement! Shame on all of the above posters!

  32. Okay seriously you guys need to BACK OFF!!! I had bought the instructions and didn't think I was doing anything wrong. I will rename my "Raggie Bows"....and have learned from this experience. I wasn't trying to "copy" anything...I do my own designs. You guys are quick to judge...that is WRONG!!! You don't know me and don't judge me!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  33. "Goosie should have handled this in a private way. "

Agreed! Seriously, why put this stuff all over your own fan page? It makes you (Goosie) look unprofessional and childish.

    ReplyDelete
  34. those of you who are so quick to defend this THEIF.. its one thing to "unknowing" use her words, which I am sure Goosie spelled out in her instruction book not to do, but even if we give her that.. stealing pics and passing off others work as her own? that's no mistake.. thats theft.. and people have a right to knwo she is a theif!! Its not just Goosie's work she has stolen.. get real

  36. I have to say that I don't think that I would want to buy from Goosie Girl! What if I resold what I had bought after my daugter had outgrown it would I then be accused of selling Goosie Girl's stuff and stealing profit from her? I don't think that anyone should use other people's pics, but I also don't think that it look good on a business when they request 3400 fans to attack one person in a public manner and then sit back and gloat about how rude they were on the phone with that person! Grow up Goosie!! You lost a customer because of this!!

    ReplyDelete
  37. AGREED. Bad Move Goosie Girl. How can u have all these people attack this woman publicly when you could have handled it in a private way. Because of your immaturity, I would never purchase from you.

    ReplyDelete
  38. You bought the instructions, NOT the pictures.
It's never ok to "borrow" someone's pics with out permission. If you would have replied to my emails this would have all been handled privately. You might want to consider not doing google searches, like you told me you did to find pictures to represent your work. :(
I wish you nothing but the best. Thank you for taking the pictures down. Please don't do it again.
    Goose

  39. Those that think this was done in poor taste clearly have never taken the time to originate a piece, and to have it stolen is rude and belittling! I also bought the instructions and it says clear as day PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE RAGGIE BOWS you can remake and resell just don't call them that! It's not attacking, it's REAL! Even if you didn't steal the name, you took the pictures! If you weren't guilty of that, you would have left her watermark on it!

  40. As a friend and a bow maker, I don't understand why what she did was so wrong if the bows were on the WWW for everyone to see. Giggle Girls makes AWESOME bows and my own daughter will be wearing her bows as I am not making them anymore. The lady who sold the instructions should understand that if you sell the instructions to your product on the web and add pictures that are available to ANYONE by googling images of bows, that this is going to happen. Get a grip! If you were offended and PROFESSIONAL you would have handled this much better. Slamming someone, who paid and bought your product, publicly on the Internet makes YOU look bad. This should have been handled in a more private fashion. In no way does this define what kind of mother and person the owner of Giggle Girls is. How does borrowing an image make a person a bad mother???? She is a wonderful person/mother and I love doing business with her. She makes bows to match my outfits and uses my images and I am in no way offended. I am happy that she is not only advertising for herself, but also for me! You should feel good that she loved your product enough to buy the instructions and make them, not be upset. If you are, then stop selling the instructions to others out there. I am sure that Giggle Girls is not the 1st person to do this and it was an INNOCENT mistake. Stop slamming her!

    ReplyDelete
  41. Maybe goosie should have handled it a better way .... But I've been in her shoes. I'm a different type of designer and I've had others steal my designs and it was the worst feeling! Goosie's reaction was expected ... anyone would have reacted this way.
Stacie: If someone had images of your children posted to their blog or store, wouldn't you be upset? Undoubtedly. This was not mis-judgement. It was blatantly & knowningly done. Not everyone knows the full copyright law but EVERYONE knows that using images w/o permission, especially in business, it is illegal.

    ReplyDelete
  42. HOld on, this is not about giggle MAKING the bows, its about her TAKING somebodys kids pics and acting like she made the bows the kids had on!!! If she would have addressed where she got them from and left the watermark on or even ASKED for permission it would be different!!! She uses pics of your kids with your CONSENT and the kids have items on that SHE made! Where is the confusion????????

    ReplyDelete
  43. If it would of been my images someone else was using I would of contacted them privately. NOT the way Goosie handled this situation with me. I am inspired EVERYDAY by my little girl to keep Giggle Girls going. I have learned from this experience. I'm just another Mom out there trying to make it. I would appreciate it if everyone would leave me alone.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Stacie- I feel like you should delete this post and repost the pics and description. That way this mess will stop. Goosie and her attack dogs are out of line.

I am a designer and recently had one of my designs copied. I was just as upset with that person as Goosie is with this person, but I DID NOT call that person out or slander her name in any way. I did not point my finger in the direction of her boutique fan page or her etsy store for that matter. I handled privately between her and I! That is how a real business woman should handle things.

Stacie-I will contacting you for you to do bows for some outfits that I have made for my etsy shop. I think that ALL boutique moms should work together to help each other not do everything in our power to destroy each other!

    ReplyDelete
  45. I agree. If this was LEFT ALONE of IN THE PAST as Goosie Says, then WHY are people STILL talking about it on her page? LET IT GO, people. Let this lady enjoy her Sunday night without being attacked. My goodness. With people having cancer, children dying, and all the other issues going on in the world...this is NOTHING. If GOOSIE was professional, she would STOP with the posting about it. OK - you're a GOOD PERSON, Goosie....got that. But, isn't this mom, too? SHE MADE A MISTAKE. All these people attacking her and talkng about her on FB and on this blog, need to stop pointing fingers and look at what mistakes they have made in life. But, they are perfect, right?? I am so sure. GOOSIE - u can't let it go. GET OVER IT. STOP POSTING ABOUT IT AND MAKING THIS POOR WOMAN FEEL LIKE CRAP! SO, now 3400 people can read about how fabulous u are and how crappy this mom is. Maybe people should stop gossiping and point fingers at themselves for belittling this woman like teenagers. Grow up GIRLS.

  46. I too will not purchase from a lady who allows to slander and have her fans slander this lady. It sickens me and is very unprofessional. I will not ever purchase from a Boutique who allows this type of behavior and acts this way. NO THANK YOU!

    ReplyDelete
  47. I really really really appreciate all the people taking up for me. I have never in my life had something like this happen. I don't really know how to handle it. I'm sorry it happen and will never ever make that mistake again. To the above poster please email me and I would love to do bows for your etsy shop. Thanks!!!!!

  48. Wow, several people out there should be very ashamed of themselves, I know the owner of this site, and she would have never posted anything that she believed to be stolen etc...She is justed getting started really well in her business and made a mistake, an easy mistake to make, she thought by buying the instructions she could advertise the pictures of what she would be selling, and apparently no one else out there has made a mistake before. If the tables would have been turned, Stacie would never have treated anyone as low as she has been treated, she's much to mature for that. To Stacie...Keep your spirits up, EVERYONE makes mistakes. To the hateful people commenting on here...Grow up already!!

  49. Keep up the good work Stacie- Everyone that knows you knows that you are truly a great person with a very GREAT talent!!!

  50. So sad to see such evil words coming out of LADIES' mouths. Stacie, keep working hard -- you will continue to reap the fruits of your labor.

  51. Ok, maybe I'm a little confused and some of you extremely intelligent people can enlighten me....I went to the goosie girl website and blog and found that there are pictures of a young Johnny Cash and Mahalia Jackson. Does Goosie Girl have copyrights to those images? I think this is why you shouldn't judge before taking a good long hard look at yourself. I also thought it was quite rude of Goosie Girl to tell Giggle Girls not to search on google anymore for images....really, well how the heck did Goosie Girl get the above named images...maybe Roseanne Cash gave her the one of the young Johnny Cash....yeah I doubt it. Seems like maybe she searched the internet and then posted them to her blog...

  52. all you defending the theif are idiots.. wait till somebody steals pics of YOUR kids and puts them on the internet..

she is a LIAR who is hiding behind innocense and any decent person would come out apologize and tell people to LAY OFF GOOSIE.. she is the victim in this

    ReplyDelete
  53. I did not have prices on the pics...this is a blog!! I was simply showing how the bows look with the instructions that I had bought. I have already apologized to Goosie, have removed the photos. Everybody is entitled to their own opinion of what's right and wrong. BUT don't call me a thief and a liar. You don't know me!!!!! Victim???...some of you guys are completely out of line. It's time to move on!!

    ReplyDelete
  54. You Goosie Girl people are classless. But, what do you expect from a bunch of pageant mothers? Get a life.

    ReplyDelete
  55. WOW to think that someone has 3400 fans and has the nerve to stoop to such a childish level and have all your fans attack, torment, and abuse someone who made an honest mistake and has learned from it!!! Seriously grow up Goosie!! That is NO way to handle business! Like you all are perfect and have never made a mistake in your life! This matter should have been taken care of privately. Maybe you should have given her more than a day to respond to your email before you started posting things on your page and having all your fans attack her. She has kids and a life to live and on a beautiful Sunday is not sitting around on her computer all day. I am quite sure that you failed to mention to everyone, as you posted, got no response from the email, but you did get a response from calling her. Again....you should have given it more than one day on the email or called her right away before doing what you did! Looks like some of your old fans and old customers agree with me on that. Threats were NOT needed. Everyone acts like she didn’t remove the pics???? She removed them right away! This is a new business for her and she is VERY good at it! She works very hard and is very creative. To read all these horrible post from people that don’t even know Stacie broke my heart in a million pieces. The reason it broke my heart so bad is because she is NONE of what you all made her out to be!!! She is the most giving, creative, funny, down to earth, honest, loyal, forgiving person that I know. She is the best mom to her kids, best wife to her husband and she is the best twin sister that I could ever ask for!! I just can’t believe how out of hand this has gotten. Take a look around at the economy! Look at families having no where to live because of losing jobs and losing their houses, look at cancer killing adults..kids..and babies, look at all the people fighting for our country! So much more going on, what has this world come to? Makes me absolutely SICK!

  56. I'm one of the best Friend's of the owner of giggle girl's. She is an Honest person, she is caring a good mother and a true friend. She is not a criminal, a thief or a liar. She has never been in trouble in her entire life and never would have done this on purpose. She made a mistake and she removed the picture's, she did everything that was asked of her. Grow up and leave her alone and let the owner's take care of this matter. She is just trying to make a living, as well as the rest of us. Stacie love you girl, keep your head up and don't loose any sleep over any of this, this to shall pass.

  57. WOW! You GOOSIE people need to chill. This was just a simple mistake that I'm sure Stacie has made right & will not do again. Definately should've been handled in a more professional manner. Stacie is a very honest, sweet, creative mom & doesn't need to steal anyone's pics or ideas. Stacie ~ try and not let these shallow people bother you. Here for ya girl!!! Will be ordering again from ya soon!

  58. Let me get all my 410 friends and all there friends to bash, insult and attack your fan page on facebook Goosie Girl!!!! Let's see how you like or would handle that! That is below us....something we don't do! Stacie has lived and learned and I hope that you have done the same!

  59. Wow I was reading this blog. I must say as one other stated,"there is so much going on in this world ", and you people have nothing better to do than to pick on this mother. I understand that alot of you women are just jealous of Stacie's accomplishments , also you see a hand full of people attacking her like rabid Chihuahuas so you figure you'll just jump right on the band wagon, because you fear them snarling at you as well for taking up for her. Also as we all know, that when someone criticizes another it's because they think it will make themselves look better, especially in a room full of people. What ever your pathetic attempts in attacking Stacie are, well ask yourselves this. Is this how you so called " Great Mothers " raise your children? To see someone that has made a mistake and to judge them before anyone knows the facts about what is going on? Is that how you would want your children acting? Attack first then ask questions later. You women should be ashamed of how you all are acting!!! I know Stacie did not realize she was making a mistake, why judge her by it? Seriously who are any of you to judge her in the first place? If you are a concerned mother then handle this in a professional manner, also as the founder ( owner ) of this wow what a real disappointment . I hope you have never claimed to be a professional, because real professionals do not need to carry out any kind of belligerent acts! To bring this out in the open truly shows your real colors, and should open peoples eyes as to just how goosie operates!! I would never buy anything from loosie goosie!!!!! But Stacie anytime!!!because she is real, and seeing that she is the one being attacked and holding her composure I'd definitely say that she's the professional here. She owned up to her mistake, she apologized in public to the public, hats off to her and all that took up for her..The world needs more people like you !!
